The Fall of The House Of Usher and A Rose For Emily

            In the following I will be comparing the stories of "The Fall of The House of Usher" and "A Rose For Emily". These stories are from the Gothic genre and are both intense in the way of description and attention to detail.

            The stories both focus on the tension that is created the longer you read, they are both slow and long stories but it has a purpose to be that way since the more you read the more tension it ads to the story. They keep you waiting for the end of the story thinking of what will happen and to me that is what keeps you reading all the way trough.
